WoodSpring Suites Columbus Urbancrest

My room was clean and modern - since I was in town for 10 nights, it was exactly what I needed with a stovetop and full size fridge. I never had any issues with noise or cleanliness in my room but the elevator often smelled of cigarette smoke. The pillows were too firm for my tastes, I went out and bought my own pillow instead. The service was absolutely incredible - as a single woman staying for 10 days to show at the Quarter Horse Congress, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure that I would be comfortable coming and going at odd hours. I would have liked a few more towels since linen service was not included until after 7 days. [Review collected by TrustYou]

All of the staff here are great. They are so kind. The kindest people. I think I’ve met in my life. They are willing to work with you if needed. The Rooms are very clean And efficient you really couldn’t ask For better people than what you will find here. It is a great place to stay and I recommend it to anyone!!!

This hotel is so clean and fresh smelling Ray and Larry are amazing,anything you need they are there to help. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone,full kitchens it's beautiful ❤️

The staff here are beyond AMAZING!! They are attentive, very helpful and the hotel is always clean and spotless, I enjoy my stay here and I would recommend this hotel to Family & Friends! The staff works so hard and I appreciate everything you all do to make my stay so comfortable. You guys are awesome and I thank you for all that you do. 5 stars across the board! Rooms are always SPOTLESS and remain clean. Everyone here is nice, it’s quiet and a great place to relax, unwind and feel at home.

The staff here is extremely friendly and they make sure to make this place feel like home and not just a hotel. Lisa and Larry are easy to get along with. Ray is a great owner and is willing to work with you.
