Best Western Executive Inn

5 stars from the start. Guy I spoke with last night was super friendly and hear what my needs were and said he got it. I ended up getting there pass midnight and was able to get into my room easy! Room was clean nicely warm, and tv was decent size. I woke up and got coffee and little bit of food. The breakfast area is small and not much food options but for me it was fine. I'd suggest to add more food options. I will be back because service for me was 100

Really enjoyed my stay. Room spacious, nice large screen Tv. Front desk staff extremely professional and friendly. Room was clean with a nice comfortable bed. Enjoyed the many amenities close by. Hotel had laundry and a fitness room. Breakfast was simple but adequate. As a truck driver, I appreciated the truck parking they provide. Will definitely stay again.

This place was in disrepair and needs some serious refreshing. The vanity light flashed on and off at random times like lightning in the room. Sitting on the bed gave a sound like orchestras use to simulate thunder. The only bright spot was the ample parking for large vehicles.

Positive: The free breakfast. Negative: Outdoor pool not operational Room scented overbearing for someone with asthma .Couldn't get the towels that I had requested until the next day.

Update! The owner of this hotel has not reached out to Expedia. Expedia has tried to reach out with no success. Make this right! & yes this review DOES reflect the status of this hotel, that’s why I took pictures. Am over playing phone tag. Nobody wants to communicate anywhere but in this review apparently so here we are! Bed bugs! Not clean! Stinks to high heaven & THERE ARE BLOODY SHEETS AND MATTRESSES IN BOTH OF THE ROOMS I LOOKED AT. All 4 beds! One bed had visible white soiled stains covering a large portion of the brown blanket on top. Waiting on my refund. You couldn’t pay me to stay here. I want my money back. Called Best Western, they told me to call Expedia, who told me to call Best Western. Now apparently waiting for best Western managers to talk to Expedia. Will call every
