Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Grove City

The wifi connection was terrible. It seemed to reset every day to every other day on a 5 day trip. Bed faces the window with the tv mounted to the wall on the right hand side. Had a sign on the heater to use the thermostat on the wall that wasn't there. I'm 6' 1" and it was annoying to bend down and reach under the cabinet(where the fridge and microwave are) to reach the heater. Not the ideal setup. But in a good location. Close to many stores and restaurants.

Positive: Nice large room, cozy bed, warm, large bathroom. Negative: When I turned on the shower, the hand held shower head was turned outward and sprayed me in the head and got the floor all wet. The shower took a minute to figure out, but otherwise was all very good.

I stayed in this Marriot property while in the area for business. This hotel is located close to highways, shops, businesses, restaurants and more. The rooms are clean and spacious and have a modern look to them. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for a business, solo or family stay. The hotel has a Bistro that serves coffee, fresh and pre-made foods as well as assorted coffee drinks and alcoholic beverages. The lobby has plenty of guest seating and a large area for dining. The property also has a pool and a fitness center. The bathroom and the room were clean, although I found a big stain on the couch which I reported to the front desk. Nothing was done during my visit as I had to leave early in the morning. The wifi works and is easy to connect to depending on your Bonvoy lo

The stay was overall decent. I was visiting for a music festival, so I was gone for most of the day and back late at night. I requested extra pillows, and was told they would be sent to my room in 10 minutes, while checking in. I never received those pillows. The conditioner was empty at check-in, and my wife didnt notice until she had washed her hair. I had to get dressed again to go down to the front desk for more. I realize these are minor inconveniences, and don't intended to make it a big deal. Just trying to leave feedback for improvement

Overall, a decent stay! The rooms feel slightly dated and bland, but the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was also great.
