I'm here to disclose the truth for future professional and nomadic people needing a place to stay while handling their life's tasks briefly. -------THIS PLACE IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT-------- She is great, her staff is well rounded. The handyman DANNY is so talented, not very handy myself he assisted me & my boys in tightening our car hitch. Such a small task, that made such a huge impact. Grateful for this kindness, it made me realize that this place has something my usual four stars don't and that is "relatability". Some people live here and are down on their luck, just trying to maintain a place for their children to sleep. I’ve been to a lot of upscale hotels and I’ve never had service this great… room was clean, quiet , and check in was easy and prompt. If you’re looking for people who care about their customers then come here and ask for Richard Yra.

Positive: Staff Negative: Roaches in room after being cleaned

Everything about this suite (room only) was ok, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT IT! When maintenance came to check up on our room I asked for towels & she said i HAD TO WASH MY OWN TOWELS. Unless I requested it with maintenance? It seemed like they were bothered that we were staying day by day, they preferred for us to pay the weekly but at the moment that was not my plan. The second shift staff was always bothered when I would ask for help for a car permit, saying ( that people would take her time from doing stuff in the back) which i believe thats not the right way to asnwer someone who askes you how was your day & trying to be kind, her job is to help her clients if im not wrong) We were so EXCITED about this place because a family friend recommended it but Yeah NEVER AGAIN, I never e

Worst place i have ever stayed in have to take your own trash out. No one cleans your room no towels the towels that we got were so stained. Cockroaches in the room wayer faucet was broken. Hotwl stinks really bad and weed smell all over. The room next door same family there bed had big blood stains
