Colton Inn

We needed a quick night between LA and Arizona. We chose it on booking dot com for the price. The staff was very nice on arrival. The room was clean. The bed is comfy. First time I ever saw a motel with quartz countertops! Props to that!! We heard 1-2 planes at start as its on the path to LAX but that stopped overnight! Peaceful sleep there. Thanks!

Positive: Nothing Negative: The pictures do not match the room. It was far below standards. No enclosed shower. No lighting above sink. No pictures. Bed was squeaky. Furniture did not match. Horrible experience.

I previously left another review about this hotel under my other email. The chemicals at the hotel that the maids use made me feel sick and they did not use hot water and soap to clean the floors. It’s scientifically based that hot water and soap/ and or bleach kills germs and prevents the spread of infections. When I called the hotel today to let them know that I wanted to change my new reservation to a different date and clean the hotel room myself with my own supplies, the owner got upset at me that I left a bad review. I told her that her husband said he would call me to follow up about my concerns about the cleaning after I left the hotel and he did not call or reach out.. Therefore, I left a review. My stay at Colton Inn was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the little touches that made it feel like home. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The location is convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. I highly recommend Colton Inn to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

The place is good with many places to go in the surrounding areas. But a simple question bout wifi and getting told it's my device that is the problem when comparing direct ethernet port and wifi connection is a stupid argument I'll avoid because a basic reset modem should fix it. First time being here and most definitely not coming back here. The floor is so dirty is the layer of dirt took my socks off to relax and walked around a little bit bottom foot is completely black.. not brown.. black. Looks clean but the blackness under my foot says something else. If you have infant crawlers highly recommended don't place your kids on the floor. Don't know what else lurks on these floors if it's this dirty.
