Olive Dell in Colton

Like others have said, I'm sad to see that the new owners seemingly came in and bought the place just to make money without respecting the culture of naturism and freedom in which the place was founded; and is what made the place special. I've been there and met many residents who have called Olive Dell home for years and many have even retired there. Sadly, I understand that residents have now been forced to move away, effectively robbed of the lives they had there. This is what happens when power gets into the wrong hands. I hope that other communities can learn from this as to avoid such terrible outcomes of financial greed💰💰💰🚫👎🏽

Seems as if the new owner is very defensive and offensive in their responses to negative reviews. Embrace them and learn from all review, it will def make your business better. The current status as of 1/22/2025. Closed by the county for dangerous and unmaintained conditions. UPDATE: 1/29/2025 After one week since county closure, management has done nothing to clean these facilities.
