WoodSpring Suites Chicago Tinley Park

Me and the wife an our doggy came in this afternoon considering it's a dog friendly community. We was just starting our booking for the night but the lady ' Ty ' was not so friendly she would not let my pregnant wife use bathroom prior to the booking.We left and found this awesome stay across the way at Even Hotels. Zero Stars!!!

When we arrived for our 3:00 check in, we were told by the manager, Aaron, that it was 2:50 and we couldn't check in and we should come back after 3 pm. We were expected to pay in advance. I agreed to pay half up front. Aaron did not bother to tell me that the balance had to be paid after the first week so we were locked out of our room and had to pay a late fee. There was no iron or ironing board. We were told we could exchange our dirty towels and sheets, but no one told us there was a charge for clean linens. I tried to settle up our account the day before we were leaving, and the girl at the desk, while nice, could not figure out how much I owed. I had to go to my room and bring my receipts down. The customer service was great in terms of face to face care at the front desk. Everyone was very personable and willing to help with whatever needs I had (within their scope). I have no issues on the personnel aspect. I was however, put off by the cost of dishes and a coffee maker. I've stayed in many extended stay type hotels and have not had to seek out and pay for dishes. The room also did not have soap/sponges/cleaning supplies, etc. For a room that does not have regular cleaning provided, at the very least a bottle of cleaning soap should be provided. I found that strange. I used the shower bar soap and my hands to wash the plastic utensils that I used from fast food establishments. In addition, the lack of available, quality irons and ironing boards was strange. I'd never stayed som

We had A list of concerns. I asked for an early check in. I was told they couldn’t guarantee it. they told us they would call us when the rooms were ready. No one called us. We left and went shopping for5 hours until 3 o’clock. when we got here. There was a lady with the pitbull in the lobby of this hotel and she got ready to go into the elevator and she said you could come in. Well we didn’t wanna be in the elevator with the pitbull and then when we got in our room, we saw some things that that was very disturbing. Contact me for the video!!
