Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tinley Park, IL

This hotel is clean, safe and comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Hot shower. Comfortable and cozy bed. But I’m really leaving the review, for the amazing Staff!!! amber, is a total sweetheart who clearly cares about her job. She was very helpful with information on the hotel and choice member privileges since I’m new. I have stayed here a couple nights and my first night, checking in, Johhny checked me in. He delt with a customer giving him a hard time over the phone with extreme professionalism! This staff customer service is amazing !! Friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The indoor pool is still available when we stayed. Self laundry is $1.5 per load which is reasonable. The breakfast is simple with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, bread & fruits daily. The room with regular every 3 daily cleaning and we only stayed 3 nights so not sure the service. However, we requested the house keeping to clean our dust bin on day 1, there is no issue. It’s quite and nice environment with 3 eateries around the corner. It’s 10 mins Uber to Orland Square Mall. So we are happy with the stay in our king suites.

Staff was great and accomodating. The room was nice, but some of the items are getting worn out. However, that didn't take away from the stay. A family of 5 slept fine in the room. It was helpful to have a door separating sleep space from the rest of the room. The youngest in pak and play stayed in the other room as she wakes up early and we didn't want the others to wake up with her.

Breakfast awful, no waffle mix 2nd day,very minimum options., staff lazy, I waited from 7am to 830 for food that never was filled , mentioned it to staff she way "there's no food out there?" too funny rite. I took my family and immediately left. Stayed 4 nights and breakfast became worse from day 1. Other than that all was well. Front desk staff polite and helpful. Rooms quite comfortable, clean, and decent sizes for a good price. Would not stay there again literally because of the breakfast disfunction lady thing. Husband, I, & small grandkids enjoyed our room and the pool... Make other breakfast plans.

Absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed for about 3 weeks while in transition. It was cozy and comfortable here at Country Inn Suites. Amber at front desk is great. I wish I remembered everyone’s names but all staff were excellent. Very safe area. Clean hotel. Weekdays were more quieter, while on weekends there were more guest with their families which was fun to see. 10/10 recommend. Thank you to all the staff for accommodating me and making my stay here a pleasant experience. Oh breakfast everyday was a treat thanks to the cooks also. 💜
