Holiday Inn Chicago – Tinley Park by IHG

Sammi at the front desk was a wonderful hostess and really helped us out. A big thank you to the staff for making our stay enjoyable. One small hiccup, not a big deal but there is sometimes coffee in the lobby, but you have to pay for it. Many hotels in this price range and genre offer complementary coffee in the lobby. However at this Holiday Inn, the restaurant is a separately owned and operated entity. Therefore you pay for coffee. They do have free coffee in your room, that you can make. Like I said no big deal. The rooms and common areas were clean and bright. The restaurant had a decent selection of food & drinks. And there is a little cantina for packaged food and sundries. Oh, there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Like a lot. Check out the Tinley Park Holiday Inn,

No Pool! Read the description and ignore pictures. Changed from Holiday Inn to Even. Nice fitness room. Pleasant staff. 35 minute walk to Credit Union 1 Amphitheater. Disappointed that they got rid of the pool since that is a family “must have”—a friend booked the rooms and I didn’t check till later.

We made a quick trip to Chicago for a funeral. I reviewed multiple IHG hotels, Holiday Inn(s)/Holiday Inn Express(es). Tinley's Holiday Inn had the best, most consistent reviews. Overall our stay was great. I could smell cleaning products in the lobby, our room was clean, the bathroom was clean, etc. Since breakfast was about an extra $20/day we didn't opt for the extra expense since we had coffee in our room and would be happy with an energy bar we brought with us. We stayed two nights. When I went to make coffee the day we checked out the coffee had not been replenished. I let the front desk know when we checked out and she said she'd let housekeeping know. I asked if there was coffee we could get to go and she referred me to the restaurant, told me the server's name and the cost would

I had a truly wonderful experience thanks to Raj and Sammy. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress free. They coordinated an early check in for me, which I greatly appreciated, and were both incredibly hospitable, transparent, and genuinely customer centered. Sammy deserves special recognition. When I became sick during my stay, she was unbelievably kind and accommodating. She made sure I was able to get a free Sprite and any medicine I needed to help me feel better, which meant so much to me. That level of care and compassion is rare and did not go unnoticed. Huge kudos to both Raj and Sammy for their outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness. They truly made my stay memorable, and I am very grateful for their support.

Renovated 3 years ago. Clean, modern, friendly staff, food was good and good value, everything felt brand new, comfortable room. Would recommend and would stay again. We ate dinner and breakfast. Even though breakfast is not included what we ordered was fresh and good, as was the food at dinner.
