Worse place ever they have no sympathy for a grieving family my father had a wee stay at this location for work but due to my grandmother’s passing he had to come back home just stayed one night and the manager at the property nor the area manager could say yes to giving him a refund for the rest of the days he did not stay there. This place is trash I would not recommend at all. I guess they don’t think that in some cases people have emergencies and have to check out early.

Positive: Friendly staff Negative: I was locked out of my room at 3 a.m and had to wait until 7:50 a.m for an employee to arrive at the hotel. No one is available after 10 p.m

I looked it up on TripAdvisor, good reviews, but when I got there and saw the room, it was terrible, cockroaches on the floor, the bathroom was very dirty, the bed and everything here was very old, the refrigerator was dirty and rusty, the smell in the room was terrible, 1 star is too much for this hotel. Never come here and on top of that TripAdvisor gave me a price like a great deal and I ended up paying double what I would have paid here, all because I trusted TripAdvisor, terrible service all around.

My stay here was absolutely amazing, and I want to give a special thank you to Sonia. She always took care of my room with such kindness, respect, and attention to detail. Every day, she made sure everything was fresh, clean, and welcoming, and she did it with a smile. Sonia truly goes above and beyond. Her hard work, positive energy, and caring attitude made my experience unforgettable. People like her are the reason guests feel at home. She is a true star of this hotel, and I'm grateful for the excellent service she provided.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For a monthly room inspection they entered our room while we were asleep. They say the latch lock just broke but I don’t know how it sheers off the door without great force. Staff was cool and I was happy with the room until that point.
