Terrible hotel. They charge you for everything. Wont provide trun down service or even trash.... ive never stayed at a hotel that doesnt freshen your room or take trash out. Rooms are small with very little kitchen. The elveator it terrible and constantly breaking or goes extremely slow. I ended up taking the stairs everytime since it was so unreliable and i didnt want to get stuck in it. I will never stay here again. Ill take my spacex money elsewhere and ill be sure to let our travel company know to remove this place as an option. I work very hard and we stay in these rooms for long stays and would like to be comfortable with clean sheets and a trashless room and not be charged on top of the costly room. The owner obviously doesnt care and uses an auto genertaed repsonse to all bad revie

Well, I wasn’t a fan of how the room cleaning was done. They say they clean room every 10 days and didn’t really do it then. I had to call the front desk to make sure they come to clean, and then when they came to clean, they didn’t really do a good job. They never sweep nor mopped my floor. I had to go and do it myself. So I stayed at this location for a month and they cleaned my room twice. I had to take my dirty laundry to the front desk and get new ones from Them. The trash can was always overflowing with trash in the very front of the hotel, right before you walk in and on the first floor, the floor was always filthy with dirt and food that’s been on the floor for many many days. Housekeeper Ana did a fantastic job cleaning my room. She’s done the best job so far since being here. Very nice person and easy to work with!

The rooms are not cleaned properly if at all. The floors were dirty & there were strands of hair all over. I felt itchy when I was in the bed. However, the location is great as there are plenty of restaurants & stores around but there needs to be better cleaning of the rooms. That alone makes me never want to stay there again.

Ana is absolutely amazing. Every time i open my door to her I know my room is going to be spotless and well taken care of. Absolutely amazing.
