Hampton Inn and Suites Brownsville

It was an overnight stay, the lady at the counter was helpful and professional; the room was clean, the beds were comfortable but the pillows super soft (not my kind or favorite). Even though the bathroom was clean the drain in the sink was not working properly it was stuck (it was late to call for assistance) we fixed it but then the shower pull got stuck the next morning; but we left it alone.

I was very impressed cleanness, big comfortable rooms and most importantly very affordable despite being holiday weekend! I will return and definitely I recommend it. And the pool was awesome!

Most things were good but they had price me a lower price for room n when I checked out it was a much higher price. Have to call customer service today or manager

We drove all night to get to the hotel when we got there at 4 AM. We asked the gentleman was at the desk if he had any rooms and he said that he was booked, so we decided to go watch the sunrise. He suggested that he had a bunch of people leaving early in the morning and that he was gonna leave a note so they can call us so we can try to get in early. I called in the morning and asked if they by chance had a room available and the lady said not yet so we decided to go to the store and Wade out and after the store we decided to come to the hotel so we asked and the lady said she was in, but then I saw somebody checking in, it was someone that had just arrived. I wonder why this young lady wouldn’t give us a room yet gave a room to somebody else and so I approach her and I told her that I li

I wanted to go to bed, but Hilton thought otherwise. We booked our room on the way. And when we get here, apparently there is two reservations. Now they want to charge us the whole hotel fee and we can't cancel it
