This is a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They dont have cooking supplies to be sure to bring all the things you need. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Laundry room and gym were both nice and clean. Would recommend!

My husband and I have been staying here for a while now, so I figured it was about time I wrote a review! First off, I absolutely love the employees here. They’re always friendly, attentive, and just genuinely great to be around. Huge shoutout to Johnny, Yadira, Ivanna, and Andy, you guys have made our stay so much more enjoyable! Also, this hotel is dog-friendly, which means I’ve met so many furry little guests that I’m officially in cuteness overload. Our first room was spotless , the stovetop looked brand new, the fridge was full-sized, and everything was super clean. After about a month, we had a bathroom issue, but the staff immediately moved us into another room at no extra cost and fixed the problem without hesitation. The hotel was pleasant enough. The room was clean but had a very bad musty smell. What made it stand out though was the staff. Johnny and Jenia were exceptional. Their personalities were always friendly and professional. They truly understand what hospitality is all about. I would give them both a 5 star.

At first glance, the room appeared clean but the floor was very gritty. There were no hangers or a hair dryer in the room. I had to ask for both. When I asked at the desk for a hair dryer, I was given one with the explanation that they aren't left in the rooms bc guest frequently take them. If I was able to get a refund, we would have left. I will had that the front desk staff was accommodating, but the hotel itself left a bad impression.

Positive: Check in staff were great, friendly and helpful Negative: Roaches in the room, virtually no water pressure or warm water, rooms an entire hotel in need of major renovations and modernization. Did not feel safe with children and saw multiple police squad cars show up at the hotel during our visit - disconcerting
