Linger Lodge RV Park

This is such a fantastic place to camp. It is convenient off of interstate 75 but at the same time you're off a distance. You feel remote. The owners and all the associates are so nice, accommodating, professional and always willing to help. They have fantastic amenities. They have a pool, a hot tub, pool table, games, puzzles, books, activities, bingo, arts and crafts s'mores. I loved it so much. I canceled my next Campground I was going to so I can stay there 11 nights in total. You can go north from there to Tarpon Springs. You can go south from there to Venice. Great mountain biking trails at Balm Boyette and Alafia State Park. You can rent kayaks there. They have a restaurant. The restaurant is so unique. They're onion petals were really good.

Very nice place to stay! Staff and guests all seemed very friendly! We were only there for a few days but would be happy if we chose for longer stay. Very nice pool and hot tub, exercise area and dog park. Restaurant had good food - our only suggestion would be to make reservations. We did not and we arrived around 5:30. There were a lot of tables open but they wouldn't let us have one - we were given high-top in bar area. Didn't mind the table but was frustrating that we were planning on having dinner and listen to the music we were told about but couldn't listen to as that area was behind windows / doors so we couldn't hear. Stayed Thursday through Sunday . Great park. A lot of renovations since I was last there at the restaurant. The park was clean, restrooms were nice and clean, the grounds were well kept. Great access to the river for kayaking or small boat. Restaurant right there and they had delicious food. Ask the servings were huge. Servers were nice. The staff at Linger Lodge RV were very nice and accommodating. The only thing I will say is that the pool was very chilly for 3 of the 4 adults and thought it was heated. Was to cold to swim. But we did get in the hot tub. Definitely will come back when we need a quick get away. The price was very good as well.

We stayed at Linger Lodge from November 24 – December 8, 2024. Upon arrival the staff was friendly, and we were escorted to our site. We were in a concrete back-in river lot site 27, there is a steep hill making parking a 42’ rig a little challenging, but we were able to get into our spot after a little maneuvering. The site has full hook-ups, and a picnic table. The park has great amenities that include restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, a gym, hot tub, screened swimming pool, club house with a banquet hall, prep kitchen, vending machines and they offer trash pickup. They also had various outdoor amenities that include fishing, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding on the scenic Braden River, with kayak rentals available. Great RV park. Our first time staying and we enjoyed it fully. The check in was fast and wonderful staff. Our site was pull through and full hookups. We visited the pool house enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. There was also game room and lounging area with bathrooms and showers. In the area there is also an air conditioned coin laundry (no change machine) room with 3 washers and 3 dryers. Foliage and landscaping was beautiful with local wildlife and an on site local restaurant with delicious food I highly recommend. Overall a great place to visit and will be returning.
