WoodSpring Suites Bowling Green I-65

under a different google name for privacy purposes. LAST NIGHT we had a celebrity booking in bowling green & she made sure we were ok. BUT TRULY THE BEST MANAGEMENT IS MISS DANI. SHE SHOWED UP & SHOWED OUT. Room was overly clean, room was perfect & spotless, room smelt great & she stayed late to come through. I will never forget her or her geunine services. Will be booking through her hotel for a bookings we may have. The easiest stay we’ve ever had & most respectful. I truly pray ms Dani grows into a bigger role she deserves it.

We stayed here overnight when we went to Mammoth Cave National Park. It was a clean, warm and safe place. I accidentally left my Kindle Tablet and the cleaning staff found it, gave it to management who emailed me and they mailed it to me in Chicago. So grateful!!! Highly recommend staying here.

I made a reservation to stay at the Woodspring Suites in Bowling Green on June 10th, while participating in the Hot Rod Power Tour. I received a confirmation email from the motel on June 5th. On the morning of the 10th, I received a phone call from a Woodspring staff member informing me that they were canceling my confirmed reservation due to overbooking. I went to the motel that evening. I asked why they would cancel a confirmed reservation, if they could offer me any assistance in finding another room, or offer any compensation for the issues they had caused. The clerk informed me that they were not legally required to do so, and would not even offer an apology. It appeared that his response was well practiced. Walking in, the staff were really kind and nice and let us know if we needed anything, to ask them. Rooms were nice and clean and had everything we needed to stay a night. The only problem was you can hear others walking who are above you if you aren’t on the top floor. Other than that we slept well and service was great!!!

I cannot say enough about this hotel. I have stayed at other hotels in this area and the price is phenomenal. This hotel offers fully new rooms. I think this hotel is barely a yr old. The staff is courteous especially the lady at the front desk Dani. Anytime I need anything, Dani has personally handled it! I have not met an employee more determined to make our stay enjoyable! This hotel is very very clean and offers brand new kitchenettes! Surrounded by Bgs best restaurants.
