Home2 Suites by Hilton Bowling Green

I think this hotel is everything it needed to be and more. We come in from a church student conference late. It's 11 P.M. and all of us Eastern Time people are exhausted from the busy day. We go in and commune in the common area. The staff were very friendly, and hearing them have joy and kindness late at night lightens the mood, and just feels welcoming. Once we got to our rooms, the amount of care they put into our rooms was amazing. They already had the pullout couches pulled out, provided some waters for our group, and even gave a little card personally welcoming our church group. Everything was very clean, and was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning, while not as expansive as, say, Hampton Inn and Suites, was still solid, with decent selection to go around. Positive: Breakfast had lots of options, and the check-in and check-out processes were super easy. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. There's tons of free parking, and it's close to the interstate and lots of restaurants. Negative: This place really needs a deep clean--the carpets need to be shampooed, the walls need some paint, etc. They seem to do an excellent job of the day-to-day cleaning, but there are stains everywhere.

We enjoyed our visit to this location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Leslie did a great job with the breakfast. It was clean and well stocked. The food warmer was a nice upgrade from what we’ve experienced at other Home2 Suites. |Brandi checked us out and she was very nice and helpful. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

I travel to Kentucky often for work, and when I’m in the area I always stay at this hotel if I can. The rooms are always very clean and convenient to the arcades I visit for work, and I know I don’t have anything to worry about. Tonight I initially got a room in Hopkinsville, Ky at the Comfort Suites and holy smokes that was a mistake. That room in Comfort Suites had bed bugs so I high tailed it out of there. At 10:30pm I called Home2 Suites and thankfully they had one more room left. It was well worth the 1.5hr drive from Hopkinsville. The freshly renovated rooms are very nice and the beds are super comfortable. Special shoutout to Brandi, she’s usually the person I speak with when I book my room, and she’s always friendly in the morning when I check out and get my receipt. Thank you Home

I don’t even know where to begin definitely one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever been to very nice rooms were absolutely amazing. Had a full kitchen dishwasher. I think it was very cool that they had a toaster oven. Definitely made it feel very homey. Except for the sliding bathroom door, that don’t lock the pool is amazing my son absolutely loved it. The gym was very nice. Everything was very clean or organized and tidied up. Staff was phenomenal. Very nice very helpful. The staff knew our situation of being homeless. Breakfast was very good. They actually had meat and eggs and I just bread and cereal The phones were not working one day and the lady upfront was very nice and let me use her personal phone which she didn’t have to do god bless her soul and I had some very important phone ca
