Embassy Suites by Hilton Bowling Green

We stopped at the Embassy Suites on our way down to Nashville, we stayed for just one night & it was awesome! Checked in easily & quickly. The suite we booked was spacious, clean & comfortable. Bed was comfortable, the pillows were a little flat for our liking, but that was our fault for forgetting our normal pillows. They had a nice bar, drinks were fairly priced & had a wonderful outdoor sitting area, with a fire pit & water fountain for a nice ambiance. The breakfast in the morning was good, the food from the hot buffet was a little disappointing, but they had a made to order egg & omelet station that did not disappoint! We will definitely stay here again

This is a newer property. Front desk staff very friendly. Upon checking in, they give you options to choose snacks based upon level. Gold (2 choices) Diamond (3 choices,) ||The hotel is beautiful & very clean. The rooms are very large. The breakfast buffet which is free is very large, with a made to order station. Omelets, eggs your way & waffles are prepared to your specifications. ||The fitness center is very large with lits of equipment. They also had a very nice indoor heated pool. This property is about 5 mins off the highway. It was a great experience. I would definitely stay there again, if I'm in Bowling Green.

Positive: The establishment was definitely clean! The rooms are so nice. The staff are not that nice or friendly. Negative: Hotel employees older women working the breakfast area. Not warm or welcoming. Kind of ruined it for my family. Hire better people especially for breakfast. Geez.

Fantastic location, excellent customer service, beautiful rooms, and great breakfast. Unfortunately, the AV system in the meeting rooms for our corporate event was subpar. Audio was over modulated, no sound on one side, hand-held mics were not mixed even so the red mic was HOT even 8” from the speaker. All of the screens would not sync video and one of the screens over-projected the image cutting off text of the presentation. The staff helping us did a great job, this is an infrastructure issue the hotel needs to address and correct. If I were traveling with family for leisure, I would definitely come back, but for our corporate events we’ll need to go elsewhere unless the AV issues are corrected. Again, the team and customer service was excellent.

We didn't have power and needed a warm place to stay for a few days. We have 5 people (2 adults 3 kids) and 2 golden retrievers. Embassy Suites was perfect. From complimentary breakfast, coffee/hot chocolate, and happy hour. The indoor pool is perfect for the kids. This hotel is very dog friendly. Sometimes you go in dog friendly places that are anything but. If ever given the chance we will stay here again.
