WoodSpring Suites Atlanta Airport

I've been here since August and they are awesome. They show compassion for customers going through tough times. I have never been in a hotel that really take care of their customers. Security is great after a certain time of night doors lock and only access is your room key. Car safety is great no worries about break inns or theft. I love it. I highly recommend ❤️

They moved me to 2 different rooms that they claimed to be remodeled nd it wasn't. They changed the wifi constantly the wifi is not free nomo. Currently going through a wifi problem with my room They said it's supposed to be a maximum of 2 devices on the wifi for free nd couldn't get nun of my devices to connect. Went to the front desk several times and was told the same thing that it's nothing that they can do . They employees act weird and one keeps harassing the 20 year old thats writing this review. Not kid friendly my brother has autism and was loud in the hall way before I could even calm me down one the employees rudely said can I tell him to be quiet besides the location and Ms Dominique everything else terrible

I’ve been a loyal guest at this property for a long time, but I’ve finally had enough. The General Manager, Stacy, is absolutely the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered in the hospitality business. She spends her whole day yelling and being straight-up rude to everyone, then fake smile—I’ve watched her run good guests right out the building. When I tried to actually read my agreement before signing it, she tried to rush me, started cussing me out, and literally threatened me just for being careful. It’s disgusting to see her kick people with kids out on the street for no reason while she’s busy "fraternizing" with other guests in the hotel. Her reputation is trash and she’s destroying this business. Corporate needs to step in and handle her because she’s a liability to this ho

Now I would 1st like to start off by saying that this place has upgraded a lot to a comfortable and affordable quality standard for not only business affairs but family as well and we as a Family would like to say Thank you for having some where to live safe and CLEAN. From the Williams room 234 💋
