They went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday unforgettable. We were surprised with a room upgrade and the staff treated us like family from the moment we arrived. The service was truly exceptional as every detail felt cared for. Our kids had the best time at the activity center, which gave us a chance to relax and enjoy ourselves too. It’s rare to find a hotel that balances luxury with being so kid friendly. We’ll absolutely be back.

The Winnetu’s dining scene is a standout and we have stopped in various times this summer! In summer, the Pool Bar is exactly where you want to be: casual, breezy, and perfect for a post-beach bite or cocktail. For dinner, The Dunes delivers across the board. Chef Richard’s menu is thoughtful and seasonal, with clean flavors and beautiful presentations that feel elevated without being fussy. Don’t leave without ordering the dessert bento box by pastry chef Sofia; it’s playful, generous, and a must-try finale. Service sealed the deal on our recent visit. Our server, Liz, was the best: knowledgeable, attentive at the right moments, and genuinely warm. Amazing long weekend spent at the Winnetu! We enjoyed a suite on the 3rd floor and were treated to an ocean view and amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (end of season perk), the lawn games, the easy stroll to the beach, the hospitality, hot tub, free shuttle to/from downtown Edgartown and all of the extras that were available. It is a quiet and peaceful location, especially since it was the end of the season but that made it extra special. We enjoyed breakfast at Dunes on the deck and had a great view of the ocean. We'll definitely be back next year and will absolutely recommend this resort to our friends. While we didn't bring our 3 kids with us, this was a very family friendly resort!

I co own a wellness center in Marblehead Mass and I know my business is so successful because of my staff. I hope your truly take care of yourself.. 😢: I thought the inadequacy with the towels for the bathrooms. They should’ve been really bigger towels.My girlfriend and I frequent the Boston harbor hotel in Boston . Service and rooms are amazing. The towels in the bathroom I like having a blanket. I also think your check out time is in adequate. The one thing I can always tell you service people are the best..

Absolutely gorgeous property with a hundred things to do. Rooms are spacious clean, and very comfortable. We went in the shoulder season so we didn’t go swimming, but the pool area and beach were beautiful. Great place to bring kids if you have them, and well located for the adults to get dinner in town. Tim also prepared great itineraries for us while we were there (including restaurant reservations and a self-guided tour of the island). Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we highly recommend!
