Wingate by Wyndham Utica

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the huge jetted tub was an amazing bonus—perfect for relaxing. We arrived a little late and were warmly greeted by Noah at the front desk, who made check-in easy and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. ♥️ Also, there are a ton of great places to eat very close by.

I decided to stay one night instead of driving back in the evening due to snow. This was the lowest-priced chain hotel in the area. The room was clean and quiet. Bedding could use a refresh. Breakfast had limited options but was tasty. Service was very good. I thought I misplaced my watch charger and called the hotel. Nick at the front desk double-checked and called me back to confirm it wasn’t there. I later found the charger myself. Overall, I was happy with the hotel for an unexpected one-night stay.

Pretty good place for a budget stay. Don't expect anything crazy but I see this place as a spot to rest and go mostly.Overall it was very clean rooms were big for what I got and I'd say it's a good deal but wish it was a bit cheaper for some aspects.

Positive: The staff was very friendly. Negative: There was no wall separating the bath tub and the sleeping area. There little privacy when using the toilet if you are rooming with someone. Unless you are traveling alone, I recommend requesting a room with a private bathroom.

Wish I could rate it higher than five stars. Stayed for nearly five days and it never felt like I left the comfort of home. Good breakfast, which seems to be hard to come by in hotels. And there is a plethora of top tier brunch, lunch, and dinner places that line the road in walking distance. The staff felt like literal family- I’m a bit of a night owl and we had to check in late and in a hurry, which can always be a hassle, but thankfully Noah at the front desk walked us through the entire routine, helped navigate us to our rooms, informed us where to find the proper necessities while staying, assured us we could call whenever to the front desk if we ever have any questions or concerns, and even recommended the best place to park according to our room - can’t thank him enough.
