Positive: Location and it's visually appealing. Starbucks Negative: The room was rather tight with king size bed. I can't imagine how tight. Double queen room would be. Items were rather over price. A 12oz soda was $5.

Taja and Markwon were the absolute best at welcoming us in… Two of the nicest people by far we’ve ever met at a hockey tournament. We will 100% book this hotel every time we come up here. Appreciate the professionalism and courtesy.

I stayed here for 30 days and was really disappointed with the overall experience. In that entire time, housekeeping only gave me clean towels once—two weeks into my stay. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the hallways reeked of weed, which made the stay pretty unpleasant.||To make things worse, someone hit and ran my car in the parking lot, and I later found out the hotel doesn’t even have working security cameras—just fake ones that don’t actually record anything. For a hotel under the Marriott name, that’s unacceptable.||Everything is also very overpriced, especially considering it’s right next to a Sam’s Club. Overall, this place feels neglected and poorly managed. I expected much better for the price.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from the Courtyard by Marriott. I called regarding an existing reservation and was met with an employee who was not only unhelpful but dismissive and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Instead of attempting to resolve my concern, the representative canceled my reservation without my consent while I was still trying to get clarification. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. What made the situation worse was my inability to reach a manager. I requested to speak with a supervisor multiple times and was either placed on hold without resolution or told that no manager was available. By far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I was a GM and AGM (of a courtyard) and now work in the corporate hotel world, and I NEVER complain about hotels because I get it. However this is a situation where not only was it an awful stay, I was completely disrespected by the front desk agent when calling about market charges I didn't make. She was beyond rude and disrespectful, she told me the GM doesn't care and wont do anything about it so I'm out of luck with the charges. I told her that is ridiculous can I please just leave a message for the manager to call back, she said again manager wont do anything for me.
