Customer Reviews
This was not a fancy hotel, and the room was super small. HOWEVER, I found the accommodations super clean, comfy, and well appointed, as well as the inclusion of a perfectly lovely breakfast. For my money (INCREDIBLY reasonable for NY) it gets five stars. There were things that some folks might fuss over—the lighting was subpar, the elevator (right by my room) had an audible ding for each floor, and, like I said, the room was very small. But the bathroom was really well stocked with toiletries, the light over the bed was good for reading, and the bed, pillows, and linens were super comfortable. I slept well and cleaned up nicely. 🥰
The hotel has an absolutely perfect location in terms of tourist attractions, shopping, and Broadway shows, which are all within walking distance. The room was well equipped, with a coffee machine with capsules that were replenished every day- perfect for winter days when you can make tea and warm up. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The room with a view was good, but it was a shame that the Empire State Building itself was only visible if you stood a few centimeters from the window (which was even lower than me, so I had to really bend down to see the view). I thought I might be able to see it from the bed, but no - which is probably to be expected, as the hotel is close by and the height difference between the buildings is quite large. Cosmetics, soaps, a hair dryer, and a suffi
Great clean hotel!!! very small hotel with decent size rooms for NYC. We had a room with 2 double beds overlooking the Empire State Building. The bathroom was a modern bathroom with a rain shower (no tub). The room had a small desk, tv, and safe and fridge. it had only 4 rooms per floor. IN order to get into the hotel, you needed room key and in order to use the elevator you needed a room key. The staff were very nice. It was modern, clean and in a good location between 6th and 5th on 37th. Location was safe overall for NYC.
Positive: Hotel was very clean and up to date. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Quiet area and the bed was so comfortable! Negative: Smaller rooms (as expected for NYC) but if you stay organized you will have plenty of room!
I stay at this Hotel 3 or 4 times a year. Excellent Location! Excellent Staff! Fausto & Temzi need 10 stars! 🤩 Free Breakfast, with plenty of choices. Alex & Juan will get you anything you forgot! I will not stay anyplace else. Please keep up the Good work. I look forward to staying there again.
