230 Fifth needed a place for our summer staff, and Freeman Residences was absolutely perfect. The building is clean, modern, and extremely well-maintained. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with everything you need, including a full kitchen and access to laundry right in the building. The location is also incredible — convenient, safe, and close to everything. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Freeman Residences to anyone looking for quality housing in NYC.

Absolutely loved this place! The building is brand new, beautifully designed, and has such a cool vibe. The apartment itself is stylish, with a fully equipped kitchen, a super comfy bed, and a fun, modern bathroom. The building offers great amenities — a gym and a stunning rooftop with cozy seating areas and BBQs. The location couldn’t be better — right by the trendy Freeman Alley with its famous graffiti walls and the cool café in Untiteled hotel. perfect location - a short walk to SoHo, subway lines, and Whole Foods Market. Highly recommended!
