Pendry Manhattan West

No complimentary bottles of water. They don’t bring your food up to the door. The doormen (excluding the asian gentleman) don’t help or hold the doors for you. No slippers in the room either (You have to manually request them). Since its hudson yards and you’re compromising on location already, you’d expect the service to overcompensate. Unfortunately, this isnt the case with Pendry West Manhattan. If you’d like to stay in Hudson Yards I’d reccomend Equinox Hotel (similar price)

You can’t get a bad room at this place. Gorgeous property, well maintained rooms. Even the smallest room is spacious by nyc standards. Great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed and pillows. Here, you get understated luxury. This is my third time staying here, and I will happily return.

I had a wonderful stay at Pendry Manhattan West. The property is modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. My room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable—ideal for a NYC stay.||What truly stood out was the service. Daniel, the manager, was professional, welcoming, and clearly committed to delivering a top-tier guest experience. At the front desk, Star was especially helpful, friendly, and efficient, and the entire front desk team was consistently attentive, polished, and responsive throughout my stay. Every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful.||I also enjoyed in-room dining and drinks at the Vista Lounge—both were seamless and high quality. The Pendry’s location is top notch, right next to the train station and in close proximity to the high line and everything midtown has to offer. The rooms themselves are very spacious and the bathroom is quite nice as well (though the shower doors should open out not in to keep water inside the shower). The gym is also quite nice but can get crowded if many people are in it at once. Only negative we had at the Pendry was service. Managers were nice, but the doormen did not come to hold open the outside door once for our many times coming in and out of the hotel over the long weekend (even when we left with bags). They often just stood around by the door conversing. The breakfast was also often slow to get service, and service itself was very inconsistent and lackluster. Overall, a very nic

We checked in on December 2, and from the very beginning the experience was exceptional. Huge thanks to Luis and Violet for their outstanding service — attentive, warm, and truly professional. I would also like to thank the front desk team member (unfortunately, I didn’t catch their name) who upgraded our room to a better one at check-in. It was such a wonderful and thoughtful surprise that set the tone for our entire stay. Thanks to the amazing team at Pendry, our stay was truly comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be back!
