Wingate by Wyndham New Braunfels

Positive: Location Negative: Check in was poor. I made the reservations (multiple rooms) at check in was told one of my family members had to be present before I could check in. I was paying for all of the rooms. Have stayed her several times. It?s gone downhill. Breakfast horrible.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, with Buc-ee’s, H-E-B, and McDonald’s all close by. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and spacious, with basic amenities including a coffee machine, microwave, mini refrigerator, clean towels, and toiletries. The indoor pool was clean and well-maintained, and pool towels were provided. A nice bonus was the warm whirlpool, which was also clean and relaxing. Breakfast options were basic but filling. They included scrambled eggs, sausage, tater tots, make-your-own waffles, apples, bananas, instant oats, yogurt, coffee, machine juices, and bagels/bread with peanut butter, jelly, and cream cheese. Had a great experience at this hotel it was super clean and the restroom lobby restroom were also very clean . | The Breakfast was excellent eggs sausage hash browns cereal fruit yogurt waffles fresh fruit muffins bread toast coffee and juices loved it. I would definitely come back again.

Clean, comfortable, reliable place to stay. Friendly staff, good breakfast! There is a bit of traffic noise being somewhat of a busy area, but not loud enough to prevent getting to sleep for us. Good location. Was nice to have an indoor hotub open until 10pm !

Location is great! Staff was friendly. Room was good. Only thing is they have the most uncomfortable pillows. We woke up with neck pain. Also the cleanliness of the room was not the best. Shower was dirty, the border on the mirror was very dirty. The bathroom sink did not drain fast at all. Breakfast was good. Quietness of the hotel was good.
