Wingate by Wyndham Erie

We stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were nice, bed was great. Even the pillows were comfortable. The soap in the shower was nice, I didn't use the ones I brought from home. Breakfast was great and the person maintaining it was super sweet, helpful and so kind. The pool was a great temp. Not too hot, not cold. Lol I would definitely stay again.

Positive: Evening mgr. Was great! I was set up with a single queen by my mistake. I had a very bad cold and did not want to give it to my wife. The mgr. found a double bed room for our stay. Negative: Only thing we did not like were the pillows overstuffed and no variety. Not a big deal though.

The hotel staff and the magament are super friendly, helpful, and overall amazing. I had an issue when I stayed there and they all went above and beyond to accommodate me. I can't say enough good things about everyone there. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable The amenities were top notch and readily available. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

We have seen at Wingate by Wyndham in Erie before and I’m really impressed with the service the rooms and the location of this hotel. The staff are always warm and welcoming and completely understanding. The staff are knowledgeable. The rooms are clean which is very important when traveling and if you want to feel at home you definitely will here. The rooms are quiet. Looking forward to our next future stay.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. Ruth at the front desk was very kind. The breakfast was ok, your basic breakfast. My only issue in the room was the one set of outlets by the bed in room 203 sticks out and doesn’t work which I assumed since it’s not really in the wall correctly that it wouldn’t and I was correct. I do wish their little store had more variety. Besides that everything was fine, comfy bed, nice staff, a place to rest for a night.
