Golden Triangle Motel

Gale is amazing and always so kind

We stayed at the Golden Triangle for a few days this past summer. While it is an older place it was clean and the pool was perfect. Most of the renters are fishermen or long term leases so we may as well of had the pool to ourselves especially. The owner took the time to get to know us, especially my daughter and my puppy. She even went as far as to gift a hand made teddy bear to my daughter to commemorate our visit. She also offered the use of the deck on her own home to watch the planes land (but we never noticed excess noise from the airport.) I will take quant and homey over a ritzy place anyday. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we will certainly be back.

I came to Erie for a week to visit my son and other family. I needed a place in the airport area, and especially needed an affordable rate. I also prefer a Clean room, a Comfortable bed, and Peace and Quiet at night.. I was not disappointed. I also loved the blackout curtains. Gayle is very friendly, made sure all my needs were met, going above and beyond. I needed extra towels so I could take my little grandson to the beach, and she provided those to me. Very much appreciated. I will definitely stay here again when I return for future visits. Thank you Gayle!

This was a great motel during my childhood. We didn't have a lot of money growing up and we would stay there on Erie vacations (the only vacations we could afford) they made us feel like royalty. The owners are super nice, the rooms and pool were always spotlessly clean. It's in a great location near everything. I'm older now and going to meet some friends in Erie. I am definitely choosing this motel to stay at. I'm so happy it's still in business! They won't remember me, but I'll remember them, their awesome hospitality and all the great memories I've had there. See you this weekend!

I have lived in Erie majority of my life. I have Hurd so many different things about this place. Now as a 35 yr old man, i find myself in a spot where I need a week to week hotel room. I was happy to find out that the owner is truly a great person and a pleasure to deal with. She runs this by herself mind you. The rooms are nothing special, but they I can assure you are critter and bug free. She ensures that this place is quite at night as well....very. there's a pool when it's that time of year. Extremely close to lake, amusement park, mall, airport, great fishing all year long. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF AN EXTENDED STAY MOTEL, THIS IS IT.
