Wingate by Wyndham Ellicottville

Very comfortable hotel, excellent location. They need to improve the breakfast, however. They ran out of bread and bagels two of three days, ran out of cream cheese and very limited choices . If they did the breakfast right I think this will be a really nice place to stay and we stayed at peak season almost $400 a night for our room.|Also, we were there for three nights and they did not clean our room once they said they do it every three days. Which makes me wonder if I was staying four days, Would it be every four days? I had to empty my own garbage twice -that’s not good.

Positive: Staff very friendly and welcoming cleanliness and location Negative: The price was a little high compared to other hotels of similar star status.

Clean room and lobby area. Comfortable bed. Large room with microwave and mini fridge. Friendly staff at front desk. I was very pleased with everything. Easy to walk to many shops/restaurants/bars. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location in town. You can walk to shops, restaurants and cafes . The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly . It’s also nice to have the option for a free breakfast. The only negative I can say is the hotel needs renovated it’s very dated . I wish I could give it a 4.5 truly because the only negative is that it is dated . We will be back.

Great room great location, there were not enough pillows or blankets in our room. Though they gave us more when we asked for them. The pool area was out of towels and over chlorinated. The air was stinging our eyes. Breakfast was cold.
