The Inn at Holiday Valley

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Holiday Valley and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxing — it truly felt like a home away from home. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were fantastic and the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a great start to the day. A special thank you to the lady working at the bar — she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made our evenings even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend the Inn at Holiday Valley to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly place to stay.

Just spent a wonderful weekend at the Inn at Holiday Valley, as we were there for a work event, with my husband's employer. We stayed in room 234, which had two Q beds, and a cozy outdoor balcony. Beds were comfy, room was well-appointed, clean and fairly quiet. We did have an issue with the toilet not flushing and had maintenance address it early on Saturday. Sadly, plunging it did not work and when we returned late Saturday night from our event, we couldn't flush it. We again had it addressed, but it was clear that there is an issue with this room's plumbing.|The continental breakfast was fine, but dang! Make sure you get there early, as they will not refill anything after 9 am. Try even finding someone to ask, which was the case both mornings.|We did the mountain coaster, and the chairl

Front desk staff was not very friendly at all, our room wasn’t ready until almost an hour past check-in time. My partner was sick in the car when we arrived at the Inn and I asked if there was any way our room could be prioritized as my partner was literally throwing up in the parking lot, lady at the front desk ignored this and our room took what felt like forever until it was ready as we had planned to ski the day we arrived before my partner fell sick and got to the Inn at 1:30 PM, check in wasn’t until 4 PM, we didn’t get into our room until almost 4:45 PM. When we got it, it had a weird smell and the fridge didn’t work. I’ve had better service at a Holiday Inn. We stayed here almost 30 years ago and wanted to come back to enjoy it again as the website claimed it was newly refurbished. To our surprise, this was far from true. We booked a lift view ski in/ski out room. We were placed on the second floor and had to climb up and down icy cement stairs with our skis and poles. Though this probably sounds doable, it’s extremely difficult to accomplish in a pair of ski boots. It was a struggle for our children. The room was extremely outdated. There were no updated USB charging ports, which would have been very useful to charge our heated gloves and socks. We stayed 2 nights with 2 rooms and 7 people. I loved everything about this place! Check in was quick and easy. The room was better than expected. The beds/pillows were so comfortable and the entire room was extemely clean! The shower was awesome! I felt cozy and comfy! We had a mini outdoor patio with chairs off our room with a beautiful view! It felt relaxing and very safe! I can't wait to come back!
