I arrived very late night during a foggy/snowstorm/awfuly long drive. Ive encountered so many creepy hotel clerks over the years but happily not here! Eddie was the counter person, he made the reservation process fast & easy, asked if I wanted town or other view, great. Thanks!! Rooms were great, parking was easy.

We always stay here and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the place is always clean and quiet. We have no complaints at all. It’s so nice to have a dependable and consistent place to stay when we come to visit family. This feels like our home away from home. Thank you to all the staff and housekeeping for the wonderful hospitality and job you do.

I had stayed here several years ago and was a good choice then. Now a Wyndham hotel and it is just as good as previous stay. Good clean rooms, good breakfast, and a GREAT staff if you need anything. We (4 of us) were on a 3 day motorcycle ride and there were towels available to clean the bikes, nice touch. We decided to get together in the lobby area for a glass of wine after dinner and the person on duty brought us Wine Glasses, another nice touch. Will stay again if in the area and makes me consider future stays at a Wyndham facility.

Positive: Views Negative: Staff were rude and totally unworkable. Lied several times. Promised a room 6 months before I arrived. Denied they had ever promised it and put me in another room because a big group had come and they gave away my room. And then they were very nasty.

The staff were all 100% really nice people! Very helpful with our trip and local info. The breakfasts were really good. Not continental, but oatmeal, scrambled eggs, waffles and so much more. Fresh fruits. 24 hr tea and coffee! Rooms were clean. Hand held showers! We did buy a handrail ( suction cupped for the shower.) There was a built in handrail but on the outside of the shower. For older people, that doesn't work. But, otherwise I highly recommend this place. They even offer a box of clean rags to wipe down bikes, motorcycles or in our case coolers. The back road created a lot of dust and the cooler in the bed of our truck would get filthy. We would use the clean rags to wipe down our cooler. Just a sample of the little extras they provide.
