No. |Filthy room. Dusty Cobwebs, spiderwebs, complete with multiple spiders and other big bugs, bugs on the soap bar in the bathroom, bathtub had not been cleaned and had black hair all over it from another human, walls are scuffed and chipped, lampshades are stained and crooked, some of the lamps don’t work, some of the outlets don’t work. |I had asked to be put on a quiet floor in a quiet room because I had a dog and wanted to reduce any noises he would bark at |I was putting in a room across from the loud maintenance room and the laundry room for staff and two other staff rooms, bathrooms, and an outside door with high foot traffic the entire time we were there |Don’t even bother staying here

Positive: 3 out of 4 office desk employees was great but the one was rude and treated us like we were stupid. She was very rude. Negative: Our room #120 the bed sheets was wet and the room had ants everywhere and floor was slippery. I am on crutches and it was hard to move around on the slippery floor. The lady tried to say we spilt something on the bed then acted like she never made a bed

My husband and i stayed here for our honeymoon, and overall we had an amazing time. There is a very sweet employee her name is Liz she really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. She is an exceptional person. The only bad experience was one of the other morning workers was rude and snippy with us when asking her simple questions. She ruined our stay a little bit and needs to work on customer service. Otherwise we had a great time thanks to Liz .

We had a non-refundable reservation through bookings but because of the snow that is coming to the area we are not able to drive an hour away. The hotel was very wonderful figuring that situation out with us! Thanks again! Hope to stay in the future!

Evening staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Room had several areas that needed cosmetic repair. Pool water was COLD. Hot tub was HOT. No hot water in the pool bathroom. Meeting room tables were dirty. Meeting room garbage cans should be cleaned or replaced.
