Holiday Inn Express & Suites Coon Rapids-Blaine Area, By IHG Hotel

Wonderful hotel! Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, and a huge breakfast spread. Definitely the best hotel breakfast our family has ever had. The pool area is a bit small with limited seating, but that was really the only downside. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would absolutely return if we have business in the area again. We were also selected as the hotel guests of the day and received a few fun perks!

We stay in Holiday Inn's a couple hundred times a year everywhere we travel because they set the bar very high across the country. HI Express Coon Rapids exceeded the above excellent stay in every way. They even have an awards case full of impressive trophies. |The Fruit bowl all day in the lobby, the great desk service, the food service even opened early for the hockey players at so they could get to the big tournament on time. After a little snow fall they leaf blew off the snow on all the cars in very cold windy Minnesota conditions (this is a first). |All the amenities, work out room and pool / Spa were exceptional besides everything in the room welcoming with that bonus edge of I want to come back here again.

The lady who checked us in (don't remember her name) was very nice. The rooms were nice and clean. They gave us a goodie bag at the front desk and there was also a free drink and snack in the room itself. Pool was clean and stuff, no issues there. My only negative was that the shower floor was quite slippery. This was a very nice room for the money and I'd highly recommend this hotel. We stayed 2 nights.

My family travels quite a bit for sports, so we have seen our fair share of hotels. Our 2 night stay here was the nicest we've had in a couple years and we will definitely be returning when visiting the area again. The hotel was extremely clean from the lobby to the room, to the stairwell. The front desk staff was extremely approachable and friendly. The room was in great condition, clean and everything worked as it should. (We experience lights, outlets, remotes, etc that do not work, often at other hotels) The room was fully stocked with what we needed. I didn't have to ask for more towels, toilet paper, etc as there was plenty there. It's been awhile since I've been to a hotel as squared away as this one and I believe we've found our "go to" hotel for our visits there. I would

Great clean rooms! Staff was friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast options. Alot of good healthy alternatives and isn't just sugars and junk food. Had avacados, almond and soy milk, yogurts, lots of fruit options... Along with your eggs, bacon, sausage, pancake, cinnamon roll options.
