InTown Suites Extended Stay Minneapolis MN - Coon Rapids

It has an old time very vintage humble charm to it. Perfect for me, since I only wanted the very basics. Stores and restaurants are walkable and given the location it's pretty quiet!

Going on my third week here--very nice. It has everything for a short stay. Nice bed, big tv with plenty of channels, high speed internet and very friendly staff. The manager, Tim, has been very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and has a personality that makes it seem like he is your friend, sincerely there to help you. That is GREAT customer service!||||To keep the cost down the staff operate on daily hours and clean once a week. No bothersome cleaning staff knocking at my door when I am exhausted trying to catch a later snooze in the morning. There is a refrigerator, two coil stove and a nice, walk in shower. I have never had to take a cold shower--water is always hot no matter what time of day I shower. It is a safe environment, well kept and lit up in the evening.||||Over

Place was disgusting the curtains were stained with blood. Room 316 the sun hit them and all you seen was blood all over. Place smelled like cat spray best thing was the price get what ya pay for. Bring cleaning supplies!!

Excellent customer service from front desk to the housekeeping. Been here for few months it’s fairly quiet and no more problems or issues then what you would find at any type of hotel or extended stay or even an apartment. Which is just some normal noise here and there. Safety wise it’s good, as I walk to and from the store often never an issue. And honestly the price is good for what you get. I recommend if you are in town for a week for business or pleasure, as well as if in between places and need to stay longer. And they have fully remodeled rooms just host done recently 👍👍

The staff were very Pleasant and the place was very clean, quiet conveniently located, We will stay again.
