Wingate by Wyndham College Station South

The wingate hotel is by far my favorite place to stay when in Bryan. The location is right off the highway. Parking is plentiful, the rooms are very spacious,(the extended stay rooms especially) clean and the beds are extra comfy, all while being fairly priced. (Trust me I've stayed in worse for much more) The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. They offer a hot well prepared breakfast every morning and have a waffle maker! Big screen TVs in every room along with a coffee table, a work desk and couch that pulls out. Its almost like 2 rooms in one. The staff are very friendly and do a great job housekeeping, making sure essentials are stocked. What impressed me most is the general manager Katie. She made my crew and I feel very welcome with her generosity, attentiveness and her prompt

Great place to stay. The hotel was clean and updated. We had a king room with a couch in a semi separate area that would have been great for our son to sleep on if he was traveling with us. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. No issues at all with the room. The breakfast was good and had biscuits, sausage, gravy and scrambled eggs. My wife had a huge Texas shaped waffle that she said was good. Fresh fruit included strawberries and blueberries. There was also oatmeal, pastries, and yogurt available. We just had a quick overnight stay so we didn’t use the pool or workout room but they both looked to be in good shape. Overall it was a great stay and our new go to when in College Station.

Incredible staff. Thomas got me checked in at 5 am after delays during travel. Great rooms, awesome coffee 24/7. Bed 10 out of 10. Full selection of channels on a big TV. Everything was great. And treated my Frenchie like family.

This hotel might look bare bones and simple it was perfect for us. The lobby isn’t big not many couch sitting but there is dinning area for sitting too, might not be couch comfy. The rooms are huge. We got a single king bed and the was another side for a couch, coffee table and a work desk. There was also a dresser, closet, sink, microwave and a mini fridge too. The bathroom was big with lots of counter spaces. The linen was soft and comfy which was surprising to me in a good way. Only thing I wish they have was light switches by the door to the lights. Switches are all by the fixture which means you have to walk to the fixture in the dark. They do serve simple breakfast bacons, eggs, pancakes yogurts, bagel, toast, juices, coffee and tea. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Wish the
