Recently stayed at this property while visiting family over the holidays. The staff were very accommodating of our request for a lower level room and we were assigned a studio on first floor (one in our party is disabled). The room was clean, the decor pleasant and the appliances in the kitchen appear to be new. The bed was very comfortable and there is a good sized desk with power and USB outlets near the entry door. As we were here for several days as a stop on a 3200 mile road trip, we used the laundry facilities and were happy to see a laundry basket in the closet. The laundry facilities are on first floor and centrally located. The breakfast service was well organized and well stocked. The hotel is in a great location, near many restaurants and shopping, and within a short distance

I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Bryan College Station for a night of September 18th, 2025. Below are my views on good (+) and not-good (-) about this hotel. In the end, my final evaluation (the number of stars) is heavily based on the quality of my interactions with staff as a guest and a loyal member. ||Good things:|+ The hotel is kind of inside Texas A&M campus with restaurants, etc, surrounding the hotel|+ The hotel is clean and I very much like it. |+ The hotel has a little pool and gym.|+ Natalie checked me out, and I could tell that they were friendly and hospitable. ||Not-good things: |- Emma checked me in with NO smile! Either Emma spoke too fast for me or I was tired after a long drive, I could not hear them well, and Emma showed an unpleasant on their face. Emma gave me

My stay was a very good one. I loved the style and design of the hotel. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. I absolutely LOVED the fact that it had a chimney!! The bed, she relaxing showers and the drinks in front of the fire place were wonderful. Breakfast was filling and the evenings were great. Of course there's NO PLACE LIKE HOME, but I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience! I look forward to staying at another Marriott hotel in the near future!

Very shabby hotel. Unexpectedly so. The wallpaper is cracked and majorly peeling in multiple places in multiple rooms, the shower curtain had cigarette burn stains, the bedsheets had a huge water stain over the top, and half of the lights in the bedroom didn't even turn on. I spent a half hour battling with bugs crawling on multiple surfaces. I was so tired that I could have overlooked all of this, if it weren't for the water. The water temperature is absolutely abysmal. The bathroom sink water never heats up, even after leaving it continuously on for 5 minutes straight, so you're washing your face, washing your hands, and brushing your teeth with ice cold water. The shower is even worse. It also takes a long time to heat up, but once it does, it heats up all the way. There is no possibil

This hotel is in a state of serious disrepair and neglect. The shower walls have cracks with glue. Bathroom walls have mildew and mold. The mirror frames are rusted and deteriorated. The AC is sometimes functional and sometimes swampy. The doors are jammed and require a substantial shove to actually open the door. Rooms have odors - food smell, ben gay, pet smell, just generally unclean and heavily used smell. Dishwashers are often filled with a few inches of standing water. The microwaves don't fit in the space due to the cabinets. In some rooms, you either can't open the door all the way on either the microwave or the cabinet. This last stay there this week, the table had food crumbs on the table. When I asked for a late check out, they say they are overbooked. Plus the employee told m
