This Embassy Suites is lively, large, and upscale. The lobby area is giant, with couches, chairs, and charging stations. Theres a beautiful fountain that greets you shortly after you walk in. Check-in was fast & simple and my suite was very large. I especially loved the big windows looking out into the city, it's gorgeous at night. The restroom in my suite was large and very clean, the bedroom had a desk perfect for writing/working, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a microwave, minifridge, and dining table in the kitchenette area, and the sofa was very comfortable. There was two TVs (one in the bedroom & one in the living room.) Free breakfast is served in the morning, and it's delicious and extensive. It was some of the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel. The bar also se
Our first time at College Station. We were there for our son's Texas A&M University visit. We are Hilton Honors members, so we chose this hote becaue of that. We like Embassy Suites because they offer more space when traveling with family. But not every Embassy is created equal! This one is very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't remember his name, but one of the front desk staff member went above and beyond in helping us. When we tried to order a room service, no one was answering our call so the call gets automatically transfered over to the front desk after so many rings. So he took our order and gave it to the chef! Amazing! The location is a super close to the A&M campus!
This hotel was wonderful for my week long stay. My husband needed to be on campus at A&M for a week so I spent the week enjoying the area and hotel. I worked out every morning in the fitness center - which was impeccably clean. I ate breakfast every morning at the hotel and it was amazing!!! (I had zero desire to go anywhere else for breakfast - it’s that good!!) There wasn’t a staff member that didn’t greet me, smile at me, ask me how everything was. They are so incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and we never heard any other quests around us. I would stay at this hotel anytime I come back to this area.
OMG! I pretty much live in hotels. Blessing (the front desk clerk) was absolutely AMAZING!! I managed to arrive four hours early for check in on a flight from Chicago. She offered to store my luggage in their bag room. Then she called house keeping and asked them to put a priority on my room. I was dumbfounded. I didn’t even ask for that! But she took the initiative and handled it. Since I had some time to kill, she recommended a few places within walking distance to visit. The hotel itself is nice. Well maintained. Clean rooms. Centrally located for anything in CS. Didn’t find any obligatory black hairs in the bathroom or bedding. Breakfast is really good and included. Along with a managers reception in the evening. Would recommend!
