Wingate by Wyndham Brunswick GA / I-95

Check in was easy…did ahead of time. Desk clerk gave us directions pertaining to the property, very friendly. The room was very clean, beds comfortable, shower good , towels AWESOME and really appreciate that they have given up on the little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash and have dispensers in the shower. Plenty of hook ups to recharge phones, etc. TV works great with good variety of shows. Breakfast was really good..lots of choices both hot and cold. Easy to find this property and Cracker Barrel was next door. Will definitely book when we come back in3 months.

Booked last minute for the price. Service was friendly! The room was nice. The tub looked a bit dirty. Breakfast was crowded when we went with the only protein being eggs and gravy sausage which was good but prefer bacon or sausage links. Also only one waffle maker with a line and dining area was small. The hotel only has one elevator so it felt crowded but everyone you ran into was friendly.

Positive: Staff, proximity to food; market in hotel, and full breakfast consistently and pool!! NO POST PANDEMIC EXCUSES! You can tell they are well versed and all of them have been there over 5 years! Which says something about the brand & the leadership on site. Negative: I can’t see it from the front. And all the bad hotels are around them. 😕

Over all everything was great at this hotel for a last minute stay. Room was nice and hotel grounds with newly installed carpets is a nice touch. Emily checked me in and was amazing, very courteous, helpful when I need a few things like to go silverware and very informative. I did have two dogs and the room was perfect for them. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars was due to having my room near the elevator. Was a bit rough to not have my dog react to the people coming and going from their room, talking off the elevator, and especially the kid running down the hallway. Just not sound proof rooms which I get hotels are not. Again, everything else was great and amazing. I'll ask for the 1st floor and not 3rd if possible to get easy in and out of the hotel with my pups or ask to be at the en

The location is excellent, right off 95. We were traveling through, so wanted that convenience. Staff was pleasant. The hallways and room walls seemed to have been recently painted, carpeting was relatively new. The included breakfast was fine, the same choices that most hotels have. Downsides, the hallways had an unpleasant odor of cleaning products, and the water from the sink also had a bad odor.
