La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Brunswick/Golden Isles

We arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. after a long drive, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We traveled with our American Bully, who was overjoyed and wiggly, especially when she received a treat. The hotel’s area was quiet, with ample grass and space to walk the dog. The morning staff was just as friendly when we checked out after breakfast. While packing up to leave, the room cleaning staff was already busy, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile or hello. It’s also great to find a hotel with an affordable pet fee of $25!! The rooms were clean and spacious, although the carpets could use a cleaning (which is common in hotels). Additionally, our shower head should be scrubbed more thoroughly to prevent mold growth. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this h

Check in was easy. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable!!! The front desk staff was very friendly. The location is away from the noise of traffic. The room was spacious and stocked with full size shampoos conditioner and body wash that smelled great!! Very nice place will definitely stay again!!!

Clean, comfortable friendly hotel. Has nice comfy decor.Close enough & nice enough area to walk to restaurants - I recommend Toucans. Our room has kitchenette and couch are with 2 TVs. Lots of amenities. The back side of hotel has a great view. It’s a peaceful quiet place. Can’t hear traffic or anything. Breakfast was my only disappointment. Eggs are terrible with no toppings to hide the lack of taste. Most other hotels have more selections. Leaves a lot to be desired. Fresh fruit and other healthy items could improve the options to eat. I would definitely stay again with how nice everything else is.

The Check in was pretty straight forward, save the young gentleman behind us asked for complimentary bottle of water, which was denied him, ( I gave him water we had brought along). We got into our room , our son hopped into the shower... During which time I looked over the room... It was dirty... Very dirty. Beneath the counter in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in months by the look of things, behind the beds same thing, closet door was screwed shut due to it being broken.. my brother found a massive Cockroach in his room, so we asked for a refund to leave... We didn't qualify... So we left and stayed at the Hilton.. (Most expensive 4 minute shower ever)

Positive: Outside activities Negative: We got 2 rooms. Room 224 was not cleaned well 1st problem started with toilet constantly running Front desk couldn?t put me in another room, There was no housekeeping on site. Had to get supplies from the front desk to clean double bed room myself
