Stayed here because a friend of mine was having a medical procedure and they said there was a discounted rate here. ||1) If you’re in the same situation, check with the hospital or dr office as to how to get that rate! Booking online then confirming the discount rate upon arrival did not work and they refused any rate change since it was booked in advance. We even asked if we could cancel our booking and do it at the desk with the discount which they refused. ||2) 420 friendly (for staff atleast) upon entering the hotel we noticed an air freshener, it was NOT making the incredibly strong stench of pot coming off the employees uniform. Wow, 2nd hand high. ||3) My favorite part was that the room, upon entering, was already set to 60 so it felt great! However, it also smelt strongly of pot. |

My first layover here in BIS during mud November 2025. After pulling up in the hotel shuttle from the airport I noticed after signing in for the night there was a little area to purchase candy, snacks, drinks, and even over the counter non prescription medicines for allergies, headaches, common cold etc. I was about to purchase a cup of noodle until I was informed it was $5. $5 dollars..? No thank you. After politely declining the purchase I chose to just head up to my hotel room. Upon walking in I noticed my door wasn't working properly. I took some videos and pictures and included them with my review. I appreciate my room size, organization, cleanliness (aside from the obvious furniture wear and tear. Came in late in the evening traveling back home. Checked in, went to the room, opened the door, and all of the lights were on, towels and bedding strewn all over the floor, and a case of beer was open lying on the floor. I was literally shocked. I went back downstairs, explained someone must be in the room OR it never got cleaned, to which the person at the front desk couldn’t figure out what happened and why that room was occupied or not cleaned. The guy at the front desk did get me a new room, came upstairs to check out the new room with me to make sure it was suitable, which I appreciated. After he left, I used the bathroom only to discover that the toilet doesn’t flush…the bathroom walls were dirty, and it seemed like it hadn’t been unkept. Positive: Close to where I was meeting my family and close to shopping and restaurants. Negative: Getting in need of repairs especially in the pool area. Definitely not kept up with cleanings or maintenance. Hot tub had a ring of dirt all around it that has been there for some time. The walls were really dirty and need to be repainted.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I repeat, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! They are Scammers! My husband and I stayed here for a night and we almost died with the heat, because our room temp went to 80 degrees all night (to be fair we could've requested to go to another room, but we didn't want to call then again since we had already called them before for the lamps in the room that didn't have a light bulb. And by the way, WE had to go downstairs and replace the lightbulbs in our rooms ourselves). The fire alarm detector was covered with plastic and the front entrance smelt like weed everytime we were there. The tip of the iceberg was the front desk staff and management.
