Staybridge Suites Bismarck by IHG

Room was large and very clean. Breakfast was fabulous each morning, hot food and a great variety of other things. All staff that we had interaction with were great. Pool and hot tub were clean and really nice. Loved the studio suite for the size and small kitchen. Allowing my dog was perfect! Thank you! Great stay.

We were very satisfied with our big spacious room. Very clean and bright. Breakfast was also excellent. Plenty of choices. There were no ice machines on the floors making loud noises but they do supply you with bags of ice if you needed it. The only thing we would change is the start time of breakfast. Most breakfasts start at 6:00. Staybridge is going to be our first search when we are looking for a place to stay. Thank you

This hotel is extremely nice! I stayed for 5 nights. The breakfasts were hot, with different meal options every day, Monday- Wednesday they have a social hour where they offer appetizers. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot, it was a clean environment. The staff were all friendly and addressed any concerns that I had promptly (I needed a garbage bags and towels). I felt safe walking into the hotel as the property has adequate lighting outside. The rooms and hallways were clean and well maintained. My room was very nice with the kitchenette, living room, and a separate sleeping area. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bismarck area, and will for sure be staying here again in the future!

Last Saturday took my grandaughter and grand-niece for a fun trip to Bismarck. We stayed at Staybridge. Excellent customer service by the desk clerk on evening of Apr 5th. I had requested when booked ground floor close to desk as have COPD and girls wanted to swim. Our 1st room was as far away from elevator as could get on top floor. So went to ask if we could be moved.The desk clerk couldn't of been more cordial, understanding, pleasant or helpful. When got into new room could smell room deodorizer which I am severly allergic to. I usually request not to use in room when booking but forgot. Again the desk clerk went above and beyond to help and brought an ozone machine. The room was well maintained and very clean with excellent pillows and bed. I am very pleased and appreciative of the

The best hotel while working on the road. Been here 4 nights out of 3 months and so far its great. Only 3 minutes off I94, plenty of restaurants with in that same 3 minutes. Honestly the best ive had while working out of town!!
