We had such a pleasant and comfortable stay here! What a wonderful find. The price was what initially caught our eye, but the experience is what will bring us back.||The staff greeted us with warm smiles, and the check-in process was effortless. While the hotel is an older property, the interior feels brand new—it’s very modern and tastefully decorated. Our room was a pleasant surprise; it was so spacious and exceptionally clean.||We really appreciated the free breakfast each morning, which was a great convenience. For fellow travelers, if you're looking for a friendly, clean, and comfortable stay that won't break the bank, this is your place. We wholeheartedly recommend it!"

Positive: This was one of (if not the) cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was super friendly as well. The Location is perfect, it's not far from anything, you can easily find entertainment in the area. Negative: I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Two thumbs up for this hotel. My family and I have stayed here in the past. I am glad they kept the cleanliness of this hotel. The lobby smells very good. I would like to request the name of the fragrance if they can share it with me. The breakfast is very good as I remembered it. They have very good selection in their hot breakfast buffet...there's something for everyone. We liked the small puck circles of egg ham omelet. They are delicious!

First the good. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of plugs. Good TV options. And easy access to the highways. The not so good. The shower head was stuck on the lowest mistake setting so you couldn't get good water pressure. The pool looked awful. Had this scum or bubbles all over the top. Maybe it was closed but no way we were getting in. Only 1 elevator was working. We cut our stay short because of the incoming snow storm which of course wasn't their fault.

The hotel has a very good location, which is honestly its only strong point. The property and facilities are quite old and show significant wear, and there is a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the hotel that makes the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast is very basic with limited options. The staff experience was inconsistent: some were very kind and helpful, while others were rude and even aggressive. The fitness center and pool were especially disappointing, as I was never able to access them during my stay despite being advertised as available amenities, which felt misleading. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.
