Windsor Cay Resort

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The grandchildren loved the themed rooms. Very spacious. I gave a 4 star for service because the kitchen didn’t have enough pots and pans so we had to go buy some. There were no washcloths in the bathrooms. No hand soap in the bathrooms. One roll of toilet paper in all bathrooms. One garbage bag in kitchen can. So we had to buy all that. Paid for heating the pool and it never heated up until the morning we were leaving. The house needs to have more things needed in the kitchen especially when you’re cooking for 20 people. Very loud music all day two doors down. But overall beautiful home.

incredible stay at this beautifully remodeled home. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the upgrades—the finishes are far superior to the standard units in the resort. The private pool was a huge hit for morning swims, but the Windsor Cay clubhouse is the real star! The kids spent hours on the lazy river and water slides while we enjoyed the tiki bar. Only a quick 20-minute drive to Disney, but honestly, the kids didn't want to leave the resort. Spotlessly clean and highly recommended!"

Currently staying here for Christmas. The resort is amazing. So clean and safe. Lady on security at the entrance is so nice and gave our children a Christmas bag today full or candy and other thoughtful things. Such a nice touch. Lady on reception in the pool has been so friendly too. Highly recommend this place for a great stay. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Windsor Cay! We are a reservation of 5, and our Airbnb is beautiful, and just like the pictures! Unfortunately, the pool was pretty chilly (even while heated) during the colder weather when nights get down to 30s and 40s. We spent our last day at the resorts pool/Waterpark. It was the best day we could have asked for. Joshua, our bartender at the pool bar, was exceptionally attentive, and happy to serve us, even though we may have been a chaotic group. He didn't hesitate to do his job, and did it well. He was great company, and made our last day on vacation memberable. Hope to visit again soon!

This review is for delivery drivers: This place is super confusing as every building looks the same and they are not clearly marked. If you happen to stay here and want food/groceries delivered please either meet the driver in front of your building or provide very detailed drop off instructions.
