We live here 7+ months a year. We bought in 2021.

One of the nicest 55 and over rv resorts in the area. The reviews say it all. Very clean, quiet and friendly park.

This is a 55 plus ownership park. Rental requires contact with the individual owners.

Owners of lots have monopolized most of the properties with three owners and they're trying to set the rates at a very high rate. Also there is no doggie park and none intended

the park is nice and some are friendly. the owners are running the park and have no posted rules. They are telling you what you can and can't do with nothing to back it up. very petty. Lots of dog owners yet lots of complaints about walking dog . You have to walk dog on a lot they don't even own. You can get in trouble for items you leave out doors. Yet no rules about what is and what isn't ok.
