I found Wilmington to be a beautiful venue. With the options of catering, Joan was wonderful with her hospitality. It is a all-in-one Venue: chairs, tables, catering options including cake design, and alcohol options through a permit. Bridal bungalow and grooms quarters is a fantastic convenience for both the groomsmen and bridesmaids. I'm glad my now wife fell in love with the outdoor garden that she always wanted. For any bride and groom, if you're looking for a gorgeous outdoor wedding, Wilmington Wedding Venue has it. My wife and I are grateful that Joan and John from Wilmington Wedding Venue were able to support us in achieving our dream wedding

I held my wedding at Wilmington in August of this year. We opted for their two day package and also used the catering services for a full custom meal & cake/cupcakes. From beginning to end, Joan (owner) was fantastic. Her responses were quick & always helpful. She was more than willing to work with me on any of my “asks” to ensure the day turned out just as I’d pictured. The venue itself it’s gorgeous, and well taken care of. They have some decorations/lights etc. already up, so we really didn’t need to do much on the decorating front to make it what I’d pictured and that made things so much easier! The catered food was very good, as well as the cupcakes. I have no complaints. Joan and her husband helped make our day very special.

Initially, when planning my wedding I was unaware of Wilmington and had another venue booked. That venue was canceled 3 months before my wedding. I quickly redid my research and found Wilmington. She was very understanding of my circumstances and very clear of all of her rules, regulations, and practices for her venue. It was a very pretty venue that had many places for photos, bathrooms, places to get ready (for boys and girls), and plenty of parking. She also worked with our outside caterer (Big J's BBQ Catering) to make catering work! Many of my other vendors had worked with Joan previously so it made setting up easy. On my wedding day, it absolutely poured and was quite cold (50s-60s F). I didn't notice in the morning when I was running around and warm. The only thing I recommend is if

Beautiful location! Joan and her team do a fantastic job hosting the most amazing amenities. Not only are both the bride and groom suites gorgeous but the surrounding flora and ceremony space is outstanding! Their full size canopy tent is romantic and can fit the reception as well as a dance floor, and their catering options are incredable. I look forward to photographing weddings at Wilmington's Wedding Venue every year!

Joan at Wilmington Weddings and Catering is fantastic! The items she created for the Arctic Winter Games in Palmer, AK were all hits with the attendees. Cheesecake pops, mint macarons, sausage stuffed mushrooms, grilled cheese focaccia bread and brownie bites. I would highly recommend Wilmington Weddings and Catering for anyone interested in high quality and delicious food at very reasonable prices.
