Williamson Mobile Estate & RV Park

It's quite at night and everyone is very friendly. No fancy amenities but lovely park with great view of a large pond with wildlife to enjoy. There are many long term renters but they maintain the park very neat and the transient lots have the best view. The staff is great and we love staying here.

I'm not sure how to let the owners know of the conditions here at Williamson park, so I'll start here. We moved into Williamson RV park back in August 2024, it is now March 2025. We are still living here renting an RV lot. When we moved in, Ruth and her twin granddaughters were running the property. They were so nice and professional and really were a driving force of the reason why we wanted to move our new RV here. Unfortunately, barely a month after we moved in, the ladies running the property were not involved at all anymore and a lawyer's office is now overseeing the property. They also hired a new office worker to run the office here on property. Everything thereafter instantly changed. The niceness and professional atmosphere, gone. Moved here in October 2024, and found out after we bought a manufactured property that the lot was on probate( big lack of communication) due to owner passing months ahead. So, the lawyers hired a lady to run the office. The lady they hired has complained & started arguments with my partner and I. She’s very unprofessional, knocked on my BACK door one day to complain about where my shed was placed even though it was approved & discussed in person with the attorneys & the lady running the office. Long story short I contacted the attorneys office to complain about my interaction with her. And no one apologized for practically harassing and unprofessionally knocking on my back door. I was in the process of moving from NY to SC and searched and searched for a place to live FT in my RV & my search brought me to Williamson. To be honest I was a little worried based off of some of the negative reviews and moving such a far distance. My experience turned out to be completely different than what some of the reviews stated. We were welcomed by Ruth and she made it very comfortable from the beginning. Keep in mind this a full time RV park and not a campground, so that means everyone around you is living there and not there for the night. They ask is to keep you site clean and presentable, don't cause a ruckus, stay on the gravel lot so you are not tearing up the grass with your vehicle & the most basic of them all is pay your rent on-time.
