Econo Lodge Conway Central

This location has been on the list to visit when traveling for work in Myrtle Beach. The Econo Lodge in Conway is a great price for the area. Its conveniently located right next to a good Chinese restaurant and has a convince store on site. The check in process was smooth and the man who checked me in was very friendly. The room was clean, no dirt and no bugs. The bed was super comfortable i was able to get good sleep while here for work. Let's talk about the grounds, they offer a decent size pool, although I didn't get into it this trip, it does look like something a family will enjoy during spring break and the summer months. This property has the best lighting at night time, the whole parking area and grounds were visible. That is important to me for safety when traveling alone. I sho

The staff went above & beyond for me... I dropped a ring down the sink and on Thanksgiving morning the first staff member came to help. He could not retrieve, made a call and within 30 mins the maintenance personnel arrived and had my ring back to me within 15 mins. I'm very grateful. Although the rooms are older, they are clean and the property is well maintained. I have family in that area, and I will continue to book this hotel. Please give the employees much praise for their efforts.

Samantha at the front desk was extremely nice and went over and above her line of duty to ensure that we got a room for the best rate. She was very polite when explaining the hotels rules and what they expected from their guests. Room was paid for from an out of state relative and she took her time to explain the procedure and each step involved in a 3rd party rental. Took a little time but with, persistence,diligence and respect the task was completed with zero hang ups. Samantha was also informative on the times to get coffee from the office, the price of the laundry room, it's location and the location of the icemachine. Made sure we knew where to find the wifi code and the code to access the laundry room. Through the entire lengthy process of our room rental Samantha kept a smile on he

Positive: Nothing. First room toilet didn?t work. Second room heating and air didn?t work. No chair, just bed. Negative: Very old and not unkept.

I had everything I needed while staying at the motel. I.e. frigerator, freezer, microwave, great shower pressure, tv were the major things. Staff was very accommodating
