River Front Inn

DO NOT STAY HERE. Massive COCKROACHES in the room! I did not sleep at all, as there were cockroaches everywhere, crawling all over the floor and walls. All sizes, small to big. The next morning I was so upset, and the front desk would not refund me. Also, the room had no refrigerator. I paid $99 for that room. RUN from this place! Horrible.

Morning staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and smelled good. Off the highway so you can hear trucks passing through the night.....Checked in on a Wed evening and not impressed by late night staff. Cranky and seemingly annoyed we existed. 2nd night asked for towels (we not replaced) and again he was treating us not like paying guests. Avoid night staff here. This man was just not wanting to work I think.

It's definitely an experience. The room looked well kept, and the bathroom wasn't in horrible shape. When checking in, the guy at the desk got distracted and didn't return my mom's ID card. They didn't run it over to our room or call us and say they still had it. It took to checking into our main resort for us to realize it was gone. At least the hot water worked.

Positive: Staff was friendly and room was clean Negative: Continental breakfast was minimal. Entrance to hotel off 501 not clearly marked.

Starting off with the good, the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was decent. Now for everything else... our check in was 3 but our room wasn't going to be ready until after 4pm. We get in our room and it was filthy. Bugs everywhere. Burned sheets. Water seeping up from the floorboards. Woke up to a huge puddle from the ac. No shower curtains. Hard, springy mattress. Kind of a rough experience
