Wild Palms Hotel - JDV by Hyatt

To Whom It May Concern at The Palms Hyatt Regency, I am writing regarding my recent stay, during which I had booked two rooms for my husband and our son‑in‑law as they were attending the Super Bowl on February 8. We checked in on February 7. Prior to arriving, I called on January 27, January 30 (twice), and again on February 5 to request a playpen or crib. I also informed staff that we would be bringing an additional child, and therefore requested that one of the rooms be changed to two queen beds. These rooms cost over $3,000 CAD for two nights, so I expected these simple requests to be properly noted and prepared. When we arrived, the front desk team appeared unaware of our requests. The new staff member assisting us searched for a crib for approximately 40 minutes. At that point, it

I had a wonderful stay at Wild Palms Hotel in Sunnyvale! The hotel has a charming, resort-style vibe that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the beds were super cozy. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, making it very convenient for getting around Silicon Valley. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere; it was quiet and felt like a nice escape after a long day. Overall, Wild Palms Hotel offers great value, comfort, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Sunnyvale area! 🌴✨

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel is old hotel being just repainted. These were old carpets with something wet and sticky in room. Bathroom had old shower and tub which were not great. Not too bad but didn't meet the expectation for the star rating

Super Funky hotel that had a great vibe! Loved the fun decor and canopy bed! The room hallways all open up to the outside atrium and pool which was nice to have fresh air as soon as you exited your room. The breakfast was subpar, could use more options and it was very crowded with many items gone. The front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating to our needs. Lots of parking and very quiet at night. Close to both Levi’s stadium and SAP Shark Tank stadium - within 20 min drive. Would definitely come back!

Stayed here last night and was very impressed! The room smelled so nice and clean upon opening the door, the bed was comfy and clean room. The breakfast was really good as well. If we are ever back in town this will definitely be our place to stay.
