Homewood Suites by Hilton Sunnyvale - Silicon Valley

I stayed at the Homewood Suites Sunnyvale for just over two weeks and overall had a very solid experience, especially for a longer-term business stay. The front desk team was exceptional throughout my visit—consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was smooth, and any questions or requests were handled quickly and with a positive attitude. That level of service makes a big difference when you’re on the road for extended periods. The room condition and cleanliness were excellent. The suite felt well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the property overall still feels close to new. We had an early flight (7:30am) arriving into SFO from Austraila, as we were dropping our luggage to the hotel, we thought we'd ask if there is a room available for an early checkin. Bandana was great in finding an available room that allowed us to check-in, take a shower and a quick nap to give us some energy to last through the rest of the day. That was wonderful. And because we are Hilton diamond members, our room was also upgraded. We really enjoyed the extra space we had in the room. Roxane helped us sort through some logistics of the upgrade and was very helpful. Overall, a great stay in a convenient location!

I have turned off the air conditioning system in my room; however, the noise coming from the building air conditioning system in the ceiling is so loud that I can’t sleep. |Don’t come to this hotel, if you are sensitive to noise.

The food is not good, just serval types. The location is great. The service is fine, overall the hotel is fine.

This is the best place to stay if you're in San Jose area!! Rooms are very clean, the service is very proffessional and Monique is so sweet always there when you need something. They have a gym, media center room with TV, pool table, they a barbecue pit area, pool/ jacuzzi, parking is underground and very safe! If i could give them a 10 star review, I would've!!! Thank you guys for everything you do to keep customers happy! Oh BTW, you get free breakfast and it's delicious!!
