Really spacious room, with well equipped kitchen angle, microwave and hairdryer. Huge comfortable bed. Nice choice of snacks for breakfast. The underground garage is a plus, however charged additionally $10/day, despite leaving car outside in the sun or underground. In the reception you can get help if you will be licky enough to spot younger people, as the ones from the other shift are not keen to answer you good morning.

Not sure where the 8.5 reviews come from on Expedia or Travel Advisor. I would give 5 stars at best. We didn't get room service at all for any of the 4 nights we were there. The water out of the bathroom sink had the smell of a sewer. We had to get our room keys reprogrammed numerous times to which the lady at the front desk questioned my son about who he was even though he answered everything correctly. Checking out was even worse. Waited in line 20 minutes with only one person in front of me. Then when she was done with him, a guy cut in front of me who was sitting at a table & she proceeded to check him out. On a positive note, the gentleman that checked us in was great. If you have an opportunity to stay at a major chain hotel, l would do that. We usually stay at a Hilton chain hotel

Cosy, bright, airy hotel in a great location! Close to grocery, shopping, car rental and dining. Comfy suites with, comfy beds and mini kitchenette. Good wifi. Disappointing breakfast with unhealthy, packaged grab and go items. Please keep some fresh bread, cheese, larger paper plates and shift breakfast area to where there is more seating and space. Hard to eat in the reception area and hard to take everything to the room. Coffee, tea and water was available round the clock. Staff was friendly and helpful. Jasmine was amazing and Mike & Alejandro were helpful and accommodating. Overall simple and comfortable experiencewith all basic needs met.

Not as expected. The rooms were clean but a lot of unfinished work. The glass was missing from the light, the vanity has major water damage, the bathroom mirror light was burnt mostly out, there was a random open tube hanging from a ceiling full of holes in the kitchenette. The main curtains, which opened to the courtyard, didn’t close all the way, leaving an exposed gap. I had to improvise with a hair clip to pull it closed. I sent an email to the manager and asked the front desk. No response. We tried to move hotels but were told we would have to pay fees. The fees, the cost of a hotel room stay. Our group was not accommodating well. This is Not a location we are willing to return to.

The hotel offers good, spacious rooms with plenty of natural light streaming in from the central courtyard, which gives a nice open feel. The rooms are well-equipped with a kitchen, which is very convenient for longer stays. The location is excellent — just a short walk to restaurants and a Safeway supermarket, so everything you need is close by. It’s also not too far from the Sunnyvale Caltrain station, making it easy to get into San Francisco or other parts of the Bay Area. Breakfast could be better — it mainly consists of waffles and sandwiches kept in the fridge and reheated. That said, considering the value for money and the fact that Dunkin’ Donuts and other eateries are nearby, it’s not a big drawback.
